1.        To obey Guatemala´s laws, rules and commitments related with the possible environmental impacts caused by the plant operating.

 2.     To obey the Instituto Nacional de Bosques –INAB- (National Forest Institute) and the Consejo Nacional de       Areas Protegidas –CONAP- (Protected Areas Program) laws, rules and commitments, 
regarding to the raw material providing.

 3.   To modify the bleaching sequence, changing to a system which do not use chlorine or use it in minimun quantities.
