Pulp Mill will be sold by a public auction, according to Guatemala´s banking
laws.
Price
will be determinated by a Appraisal Commission designated by CORFINA and
Technicians from Superintendencia de Bancos of Guatemala.
CORFINA´s
Board of Directors will establish the auction basis and the event will take
place in Guatemala city, Guatemala.
