Hacienda Tijax is located in Fronteras, Izabal, close to the bridge crossing over the Rio Dulce. This is a natural stopover for "Maya Route " Travelers. From the comfort of our centrally located farm, travelers may visit Livingston, the Chocon Machacas Manatee Reserve, Lake Izabal, Castillo de San Felipe, Quirigua, Punta Manabique and much more… Hacienda Tijax is an experienced marina, having been here for 10 years. Our docks are safe and secure. We can accommodate up to 15 boats with 110/220 electricity and water from our well. Plus, laundry, phone and e-mail service, restaurant and bar, and inland travel can be arranged and you can travel knowing your boat will be well cared for.
