REQUIREMENTS:

In order to operate in ZOLIC, those interested must bring:

• Application form

• Copy of the commerce certificate

• Society constitution deed

• Notarial deed of the legal representative's nomination

• Recent financial statements of account.

• In the case of foreign companies, a copy of the government agreement
  which authorizes operations in Guatemala.
